Yes. Paid plans are intended to be flexible. You can change or cancel your plan from billing management, and changes take effect based on your billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your saved health information stays associated with your account. If a feature becomes unavailable on a lower tier, your data remains preserved so it can reappear if you upgrade again.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can start on Free, move to Pro when you want fuller reports and exports, and move to Premium if you want earlier access and deeper customization.
Is Thread Health medical advice?
