Using the service
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for using Thread Health in a lawful and appropriate way. The product is intended for personal organization and visit preparation.
Product boundaries
Thread Health does not replace clinician judgment, does not provide medical diagnosis, and should not be used for emergency decision-making or crisis care.
Reports and exports
Reports, summaries, and exports are for discussion support and personal record keeping. They are generated from the information saved in your workspace and should be reviewed by you before sharing.
